We are now looking for a competent Instructional Designer to join our team. The Instructional Designer will use theory and research to design, create, and implement accessible learning materials, collaborating with faculty to organize content, activities, and assessments in accordance with research-identified best practices.

Qualifications:
- Make recommendations on how to improve educational value of course materials and the effectiveness of departmental operations by monitoring technical and commercial developments in the area.
- In order to measure the usefulness of instructional programs, this tool provides evaluation features to analyze outcomes and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Work on instructional materials such as e-learning and tests, as well as presentations and instructor manuals.
- Develops performance targets, learning strategies, and instructional methodologies in partnership with instructional designers to provide high-quality, engaging solutions that are in line with the organization’s corporate goals and strategic imperatives. Performs needs/audience analysis.
- Employees learn how to enhance their technological and pedagogical abilities so that they may better conduct fascinating and interactive online courses.
- To reach educational objectives, collaborate with partners to assess global and regional learning requirements, set instructional outcomes, and design attractive course material.
- can transform complex material into clear, succinct, and engaging online or multimedia education
- For online distribution, e-learning courses, instructional resources, and other electronic instructional content are being produced in accordance with adult learning theory.
- Establish a consistent set of project and management procedures, instruction design standards and processes, and business brand style and standards, as well as any compliance requirements, to ensure that everything runs smoothly.
- Coordinate and produce high-quality work on various projects in a fast-paced, uncertain environment.
Skills:
- Active listening while using a keyboard/mouse/telephone/headset to enter data is a necessary skill for this position.
- Organizational abilities, resourcefulness and imaginative thinking, and a willingness to embrace change.
- Organizational skills and the ability to influence others in their sub-team and broader program team are essential, as is a laser focus on achieving the desired results.
- Construction of technology-based instructional content across many different academic areas and incorporating visual and audio components into multi-media learning materials are two of the most important responsibilities in this field.
- Knowledge of the fundamental business and management concepts that are involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resource modeling, and leadership method is required.
