Qualifications:

  • Handle basic HR responsibilities such as onboarding, employment, employee relations, pay, benefits, and performance management processes with little supervision.
  • Participates in the talent evaluation process, which includes assisting with the establishment of development plans, tracking progress on development plans, monitoring succession plans, and other similar tasks.
  • Employ both internal and external training providers to guarantee new hires get adequate technical training, including but not limited to system training, food preparation and service, and workplace socialization.
  • It is important to build and manage performance processes that are more efficient and effective in order to have a greater impact. Some of these procedures include goal-setting and performance evaluations, as well as strategies for employee growth and coaching sessions held on a quarterly basis.

  • For branded content campaigns and original network programming, develop relationships with agents and managers to locate and recruit on-camera presenters, celebrities, digital influencers and/or creators that suit the Company’s voice.
  • A thorough understanding of the company’s policies and processes, as well as relevant laws and regulations, is necessary to enable internal clients make informed decisions about their future careers.
  • It is vital to construct and administer enterprise-wide organizational training and employee development and engagement initiatives in order to generate a performance culture that encourages business success, employee engagement, and diversity, equality, and inclusion.

Skills:

  • Expert in all aspects of social media. You know how to use social media sites like Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Snapchat to find unique talent and influencers.
  • Several years of production expertise, with a proven track record of effectively managing the schedules of performers and other workers to meet the requirements and deadlines of the show
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, General Company, or a comparable discipline is necessary, OR 5+ years of experience in business operations, business program management, or Human Resource program management, or a related field is required.
  • Expertise in digital media and live events, as well as talent procurement, pricing, and packaging from the publisher’s perspective.
