Job Description
We need a seasoned Research Analyst. He/she works with users and groups. The Research Analyst optimizes business challenges (i.e., gathering of requirements, researching technical methods, and creating prototypes). The Research Analyst develops decision support models, proof of ideas, and prototypes to tackle complicated business problems. He/she studies how to modify optimization models to reach desired outcomes. This job studies and assesses current optimization models for accuracy. The Research Analyst works with user groups to improve needs and output.

Qualifications:
- Analyzes and applies operations research ideas and methodologies to complex analytic problems by interpreting policies, processes, standards, recommendations, and goals, among other things.
