Full-Time Human Resource Specialist – Al-Manṣūrah
Job Description
We’re seeking for an HR Specialist right now. This job is largely responsible for carrying out the company’s overall labor strategy, addressing labor and employee relations issues, and cultivating cooperative ties with labor union leadership. Contract administration, contract interpretation, grievance processing, arbitration preparation, Letters of Agreement, negotiation preparation, and negotiation coordination will be managed by the HR Specialist for the facility.

Qualifications:
- Work is done in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations (including FMLA and the ADA) as well as the company’s timekeeping system.
- Keeps track of insurance coverage, retirement plans, and personnel transactions such as hiring, promotions, transfers, performance reviews, terminations, and other personnel and payroll matters.
- Employee-related problems and complaints will be handled by the HR Generalist, who will also maintain tight ties with the facility management and Corporate HR. The primary objective is to guarantee that the company’s workers have a positive working relationship.
- Prepares regular and special reports by analyzing trends and identifying problem areas with a small margin of error and a high level of importance.
- Supports local recruiting and outreach efforts in coordination with the administrative team to meet or exceed monthly and annual recruitment targets. Ensures a positive candidate experience by coordinating interviews, assisting candidates with paperwork, providing feedback on interviewing performance. Promptly responds to inquiries from hiring managers regarding potential candidates’ qualifications; requests additional information as needed.
- In order to comply with the company’s human resources policy, employees are provided instructions (e.g. Time Off with Pay, Tuition Reimbursement, etc.).
- It is critical to be able to radiate confidence, competence, and empathy while speaking with internal and external partners, clients/customers.
- Performs new employee onboarding, including data entry into the HR Information System and orientation. Ensures that data is entered correctly and that staff are well-versed in corporate regulations and procedures, including information from the employee handbook.
- In the Company’s HR information system, completed performance reviews, wage/salary transactions, and disciplinary actions on time and within authority.
- Answers employee personnel questions and inputs, updates, additions, and removals into the HR Information System as needed. Reports uncommon or unsolved issues to the HR Manager, who will take appropriate action.
Skills:
- Listens intently to consumers’ concerns and tries to resolve them openly.
- An understanding and familiarity with fundamental employment legislation and HR concepts is essential.
- Human resources, labor relations, employment law, or a similar profession requires a bachelor’s or master’s degree.
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills are required.
- The applicant must possess a strong sense of leadership as well as a strong desire to learn and enhance his skills.
