Full-Time Home Improvement Store Assembler – Al Rayyan
Job Description
Assembler works in a manufacturing environment to fulfill daily deadlines and assemble goods using precise, established processes. Under the guidance of an Assembly Supervisor, a Senior Assembler, or an Engineer, perform product assembly duties in line with established production standards.

Qualifications:
- An assembly process that uses a variety of hand and power tools, jigs/fixtures and other equipment to build components, assemblies or full units.
- Identifies and selects separate electrical components of appropriate value or size as represented on schematic wiring diagrams, utilizing color codes, coded labels, or other pertinent identification criteria. As needed, identifies component terminal connections.
- Determines work sequence, places, assembles, and adjusts developing electronic components such as radar synchronizers, computers, and roll servo units in accordance with schematics, wiring diagrams, or other requirements, utilizing pre-drilled chassis and printed wiring boards.
- Assembles, inspects, adjusts, and reworks experimental and preproduction electronic subsystems, subunits, assemblies, components, and harnesses and cables.
- Adheres to established procedures when operating a variety of conventional machines and/or CNC (computerized numerical control) manufacturing equipment for tasks such as cutting, punching, forming, drilling, tapping, turning, milling, and stamping in order to fabricate, form, or shape manufactured parts, tools, or parts assemblies from raw materials.
- People who work with pneumatic tools should follow instructions from a Trainer or someone else who knows how to do this.
- Specialized resins, thermal compression die bonding, ultrasonic and parallel gap microwelding, and microsoldering methods are used to make and assemble microminiature circuit components.
- Working under the direction of an engineer, assembles and tests microelectronic circuit assemblies for use in different flight-related applications.
- This work involves routing and connecting components, cables, and wires in accordance with industry standards.
- This job requires the ability to recognize and identify all circuit symbols, wiring codes and electrical components in order to build a product from scratch using only blueprints and schematics as a guide.

- Capable of resolving issues via the use of established methods to complete simple jobs
- A high school graduation or the equivalent is required for this position, as is previous work experience in a related field.
- If selected, candidates must successfully complete a three-day training course (if performance level not met during the training, contractor will be released)
- The project may be completed using a variety of resources, such as verbal and written instructions (in English), lists of materials, and flowcharts depicting the building process.
