  • Assist with cleaning any area of the hotel allocated by the management, including but not limited to the front desk, the associate break room, the guest laundry, the fitness room, the vending areas, the stairwells, and the common spaces.
  • Providing assistance to guests in an effective, polite, and professional manner at all times Uphold a very high standard of service and hospitality, Deal with concerns or problems raised by guests in a prompt and efficient way, and ensure that all of their needs are satisfied as quickly as possible.
  • As soon as guests enter the establishment, they should be greeted with a kind smile and a polite greeting. The customer should be provided with helpful and clear information that is both factual and courteous on the business’s operating hours and the local attractions.
  • People excellence shows that you care about helping people and are committed to customer service and working together. Product excellence: Make sure your customers have a good time by giving them friendly service and a quick, accurate check-in.
  • Check guest happiness at checkout. In case of discontent, study and try to fix issue within limits; may include involving a supervisor.
  • Providing excellent service to guests necessitates a warm smile and useful assistance in learning about the guest and surrounding attractions. Overlooking new revenue streams is outweighed by the desire to make guests happy.
  • Pay attention to the machine figures to see if there are any discrepancies in the day’s payments and expenditures and generate deposit slips. Changes are necessary
  • Always protect hotel conversations, reports, and data. Follow the GM’s guidelines for reservations and lost/found goods.
  • Complete your guests’ registration forms and verify for missing details. Update guest accounts with credit card and ID numbers and any updates.
  • Help other departments such as Breakfast, Social, Housekeeping, Laundry, etc. Maintain hotel toilets, lobby, and other public spaces.


  • The capacity to use a reasonably complex computer system to obtain and accurately input data. It is crucial to be able to hear and perceive warning signs of an oncoming disaster in order to remain safe.
  • A high school diploma is required, or an equivalent qualification. A solid grasp of computers is a must, as is at least three years of hotel front desk experience.
  • Ability to stand and move while performing occupational duties Reading, listening, and speaking English well.
  • Effectively deal with both internal and external customers, which requires patience, tact, and diplomacy to calm down angry customers, get the right information, and solve problems.
  • A working knowledge of property management software is necessary for this position. It is essential that all shift reports be read and audits be performed according to plan.
