Job Description
To assist the creative director and a small team of designers, we are looking for a Lead Designer. The vision, story, and gameplay mechanics of the game will all fall under the Lead Designer’s wing. We’re on the lookout for a designer that is both thorough and flexible, with experience in working on well-known IPs and excellent teamwork abilities. They are able to take a bird’s eye view of the project and steer the various components into a cohesive whole.

Qualifications:
- Once every week, the supervisor will provide project-specific direction.
- Able to collaborate with and strengthen relationships between product managers, business leaders, and clinical/operational champions.
