Job Description
The task of visualizing information to convey initiative planning and strategy falls under the purview of the multimedia designer. This position’s responsibilities include updating pre-existing templates for presentations both internally and externally using infographics, charts, maps, and other pertinent visual aids.

Qualifications:
- Manage production of marketing communications from concept through execution.
- Creating multi-media design projects such as logos, banners, social media campaigns, advertising campaigns, brand systems, edited short- and long-form videos, illustrations, and animated visuals / graphics.
- Create and experiment with new ways of conveying ideas that improve precision, ease of template use, or clarity of communication without sacrificing style.
- Refine and produce final design solutions based on your own evaluation and external feedback.
- Recognize the project’s guiding concepts and requirements; actively participate; and, if necessary, ask clarifying questions.
- Put a number of methods to use in order to come up with conceptual sketches, working models, and working prototypes.
- Report on the current state of the project and make sure everything is on track to be finished on time and under budget.
- Use KeyShot or any 3D modeling tool to add and animate products in 2D and 3D settings.
- Prepare print files in collaboration with the sales and production teams for daily orders of personalized graphics; keep production rates high while upholding accuracy and quality standards and meeting or exceeding deadlines for production.
- Collaborate with Marketing to plan, design, and produce marketing communications materials such as brochures, flyers, advertising, banners, packaging, product instructions, presentations, email and social media campaigns, website product pages, landing pages, and trade show materials.
Skills:
- Expertise in photography and filmmaking is a plus in addition to a keen eye for design.
- ability to fit in and work well with others in a professional situation; teamwork skills.
- Work effectively with a diverse team of professionals thanks to your polished interpersonal and business communication skills.
- You must be up-to-date with Adobe’s design software (Premiere/Affect Effects, Photoshop/Illustrator/Creative Cloud).
- aptitude for working under stress and pressure, along with good multitasking skills and the ability to manage numerous tasks at once.
