We are searching for a brand designer to work with us in developing compelling brand touchpoints, strong brand strategies, and rigorous idea validation to create holistic brand experiences for our clients.

Qualifications:
- Make use of relevant sketches, storyboards, prototypes, and design specs as you steer the development of product experiences.
- Develop, expand, and manage the visual brand’s design direction in partnership with the Brand Design team’s leadership and other members.
- Guide designers and collaborators through the best practices, design process, and ideation to create and maintain a high-quality environment.
- Work with various departments and teams, including design, research, product management, marketing, and more, to better serve our consumers.
- Extensive brand documentation will be created to assist future brand decisions and ensure brand consistency.
- Recognize the limitations of a project’s technical and creative aspects and discuss tradeoffs with collaborators.
- Work in collaboration with product teams to absorb knowledge, determine opportunities, and develop concepts and treatments to bring ideas to life.
- To learn the motivations behind the company, its offerings, and its customers’ experiences, you will direct brand workshops and conduct interviews with key stakeholders.
- Collaboration with the larger creative team can be facilitated through regular design critiques and working sessions.
- You’ll create compelling documentation of Company’s understanding of the business, key competitors, strategy for establishing an advantage, and future vision through a brand lens.
Skills:
- You are excited and confident in your ability to deliver logo designs, package layouts, editorial layouts, marketing websites, and marketing campaigns.
- Relevant brand design experience of at least 5 years’ duration (think: digital first, fundamental human needs, complexity; for example: financial services, healthcare, real estate)
- good ability in interacting across departments, particularly with product designers, marketers, and analysts.
- a compilation of high-quality designs that prove the designer can create satisfying user experiences.
- Design and visuals that focus on the end user and provide meaningful experiences for those users.
