MSP and RPO operational services are the responsibility of the Implementation Consultant. Stakeholders should be included in the process of collecting needs and creating future state process maps. System setup should be tested in accordance with the agreed-upon specifications. The Implementation Consultant may setup manually. Program adoption activities will be overseen and a Change Strategy Plan will be developed by the Implementation Consultant. The Implementation Consultant works closely with all project teams to verify that the proposed solution fulfills specific workstream requirements and benefits the whole MSP solution.. 3 to 5 years of direct consulting or process improvement experience.

Qualifications:
- Pre-test new scripts, workflows, or other solutions before implementing new processes. For more complex account setups, project coordination is required to ensure success.
- Take a look out for clients who aren’t utilizing the service as frequently as they should be, and assist them get back into the habit.
- The key tasks of this role include coordinating and supervising testing, recording and monitoring results, and quickly addressing problems.
- Monitors project plans (i.e., comprehensive plan, milestones, and work breakdown structures) and allocates tasks to resources to ensure that the project is finished on schedule and according to specifications.
- Customizing Company Solutions to meet the specific demands of the Client in order to create a solution that works successfully for each client, providing value and enhancing growth potential is an important component of the implementation process.
- Facilitation, communication, change management, and technical support are all examples of client tools and consultations customers may find useful.
- deciding the extent of the job, allocating the appropriate cash and staff, creating deadlines, developing communication strategies, and describing the sorts of testing and maintenance to be conducted
- Together, SMEs from the business side collaborate with functional and technical subject matter experts (SMEs) to impact other processes and system priorities (internal and external).
- To keep everyone up-to-date, project stakeholders get weekly updates on the project’s successes, plans for the next week, and problems that need management and stakeholder attention.
- With a structured and regulated implementation process, it is simpler for the customer to know when each phase is expected to be completed.
Skills:
- 5 or more years of experience in a related field, such as implementation, onboarding, project management, customer success, relationship building, or change management.
- Make sure the configuration is correct based on business and technical needs. This includes, but is not limited to, end-to-end configuration testing, coordinating and leading Client User Testing, documenting and tracking test results, and making sure problems are fixed in a timely manner.
- Business or related bachelor’s degrees are encouraged, but not required.
- Recognizes major responsibility for project completion; effective ability to assist others in project completion via knowledge sharing; needs little supervision from a manager with a higher level of responsibility.
- Contributes to the development of alternative technological or commercial solutions by collaborating with functional and technical subject matter experts (internal and external).
