Qualifications:
- Plans and executes department/program meetings, retreats, trainings, and other events as needed.
- Organizes operational issues such office equipment purchases, facility maintenance, and repairs. maintains and grows ties with suppliers, which includes requesting estimates.
- helps in the process of making and maintaining contracts and bids.
- Answering phones and creating standardized mail, memoranda, and reports from drafts enables one to provide customer support to both internal and external parties.
- This entity has the potential to act as a clearinghouse for data collected from many departments, offices, states, and regions.
- As required, coordinates the administrative functions of the department, including billing, accounting, payroll, and other associated tasks. As required, develops systems and reports to guide and assist administrative operations.
- Conduct meetings to review workload and expectations to ensure the accomplishment of objectives.
- Human resource tasks including hiring, training, orientation, performance reviews, paperwork processing, and record keeping could use your assistance.
- Helps Managers, Directors, Executives, and Officers with day-to-day administrative tasks including as scheduling, trip planning, and regular correspondence.
- We organize everything from floor plans to lease agreements to workplace automation systems.
Skills:
- understanding of how office equipment works, how to collect basic data, how to use common office automation software, and how to buy things.
- A minimum of four years of relevant job experience in addition to a Bachelor’s degree is required.
- Planning, organizing, and prioritizing work requires a certain amount of autonomy and discretion.
