Qualifications:

  • Greeting visitors and suppliers at the facility, aiding with Covid-19 screening, and guiding traffic through the front office.
  • Additional responsibilities may be allocated to office workers. Copying and disseminating messages, preparing spreadsheets, and entering data are all examples of administrative chores.
  • The capacity to work well with others in a group and to provide a hand to those in need is referred to as “teamwork abilities.”
  • Examine and guarantee the expertise of front-office personnel. Identify and escalate performance concerns in collaboration with the Supervisor and/or Practice Manager.
  • All rules, methods, and values of the organization, as well as the related Commitment to Excellence criteria, are consistently followed and ensured.
  • Perform any additional or ad hoc work as requested by the management team within your area of experience and talents.
  • Distribution of faxes, inter-office forms, enquiries, and other communications.
  • Produce analytical reports and incorporate data gathered by analysts into a computer system in order to create the final, client-ready report. Reports are prepared according to the priority assigned by department managers and/or office managers.
  • Works on time and in accordance with company policy, as well as federal and state and local laws.
  • Phone calls, messages, and lab reports and medical records are all done at the same time. This is how you do things at your job.

Skills:

  • This role requires a complete vaccination against COVID-19. UnitedHealth Group will need proof of vaccination prior to employing any new workers as a matter of policy in order to comply with all relevant federal, state, and local regulations.
  • A practice management system specialist must be able to type 30 words per minute.
  • A minimum of six months of hands-on expertise with several types of computer software, including Microsoft Office, point of sale (POS), electronic medical record (EMR), and billing software.
  • Having the ability to build and sustain excellent working connections with co-workers, departments, and members of the public.
  • Excel and Word skills from Microsoft Office, as well as good verbal and written skills, are needed for this job.
