Full-Time Front Desk Receptionist & Service Member – Siwan
Our Front Desk Receptionist reports to the Office Manager and is responsible for providing a warm welcome to guests and clients and efficiently handling all phone calls. In this position, you’ll need to be well-versed in and compliant with all applicable federal, state, and company regulations. Moreover, you will watch out for any leaks of sensitive information about the business or its clients.

- Learn the steps of taking care of client concerns or disagreements in full.
- Using a multi-line telephone, answers, and appropriately routes all incoming calls for various business units with courtesy, speed, and accuracy. Presents a professional, courteous demeanor when using the Company intercom system.
- preserves documents, files, directories, emails, and other data that is important for a given task. prepares containers for off-site storage and document destruction. arranging for copier repairs and maintenance.
- Helps visitors get registered and badges made while maintaining security standards.
- Monitor the workplace to ensure that it is clean, well-maintained, and safe in accordance with business standards.
- Replies with generalities to regular client questions and sends on to the Corporate Office Manager any requests for more specific information, complaints, or anything else that requires more thought or sensitivity.
- Make sure visitors/guests follow the guidelines in place and deny admission to anyone who requests it.
- Take on additional administrative responsibilities, such as those assigned by managers to department and executive assistants.
- Maintain a current resident directory with contact information such as names, room numbers, and on-call staff, department extensions, and key personnel.
- Attend and participate in workshops, seminars, and other similar events, as well as in-service educational classes and on-the-job training programs as required.
- being able to juggle a number of different responsibilities and projects successfully.
- You need a background working as a Receptionist, Front Desk Clerk, or a related role.
- the capacity to prioritize and arrange many projects, as well as to prepare reports under tight deadlines.
- Proven ability to manage a full schedule, including the ability to schedule meetings and appointments.
- Skills in multitasking, managing time effectively, and setting priorities are necessary.
