Qualifications:
- Attend and participate in training sessions, workshops, seminars, etc., as well as in-service training and on-the-job training, when necessary.
- Keeps relevant documents and files, directories, correspondence, and other connected material. Off-site storage and shred bins are coordinated. Coordination of copy service and repair.
- Responds with general information to routine customer inquiries and escalates complaints, questions, and requests for information to the Corporate Office Manager.
- If someone asks to enter and doesn’t comply with the rules, tell them they can’t.
- Learn the processes for dealing with complaints and disputes from customers.
- Helps guests get registered and badges made according to Security guidelines.
- Keep an up-to-date file or listing of residents, including their names and room numbers, as well as emergency phone numbers for callers, department extensions, critical personnel, etc.
- Coordinate additional administrative duties, such as those of a department head or executive assistant.
- Using a multi-line telephone, answers, and appropriately routes all incoming calls for various business units with courtesy, speed, and accuracy. Presents a professional, courteous demeanor when using the Company intercom system.
- Keep an eye on the cleanliness, appropriate maintenance, and safety of all working space conditions and equipment to make sure they meet company requirements.
Skills:
- Capacity for multitasking and attending to several, often complex, undertakings at once.
- Proven work experience working as a receptionist, front desk agent, or in a similar role.
- Adaptability, the ability to multitask, and the capacity to set and stick to priorities are all desirable traits.
