Qualifications:

  • Learn the channels for handling customer grievances and conflicts.

  • In the case that it is necessary, you must attend and actively engage in workshops, seminars, in-service training courses, and other similar events.
  • Manage incoming calls for multiple departments efficiently and politely using a multi-line phone system. Demonstrates a polite, businesslike approach when communicating via the company’s intercom.
  • Maintain order and refuse entry to anyone who does not comply with the rules.
  • Keep an up-to-date file or directory of residents, including names, room numbers, emergency contact numbers, department extensions, key individuals, etc.
  • delivers a stock answer to common client inquiries and directs more complex inquiries to the manager of the company’s main office.
  • Keep an eye on the cleanliness, appropriate maintenance, and safety of all working space conditions and equipment to make sure they meet company requirements.
  • Helps visitors’ complete registration and receive identification badges in compliance with established security procedures.
  • Handle special administrative projects, including overflow work from department and executive assistants.
