  • You’ll clean the lobby, staff break room, guest laundry, workout room, vending areas, stairwells, and public spots as directed by the management.
  • Greet guests quickly and warmly. Use a friendly and clear voice, listen to comprehend requests, and offer correct information like store hours and area attractions.
  • A hotel’s commitment to excellent customer service and collaboration may be seen in the quality of its employees. Deliver a fantastic customer experience with pleasant, smiling service and a quick and precise check-in, and you’ve achieved product excellence.
  • Check guest satisfaction at check-out. In case of discontent, study and try to address issue within parameters; may involve a supervisor.
  • Fill out your guests’ registration forms and make sure they have all the information they need before they arrive. Accept credit cards and photo IDs, write down the information on the guest’s account, and give guests their change when they need it.
  • Balance daily payments and expenditures with machine totals, generate deposit slips, and brief the Guest Services Manager on daily bank status. Changes needed
  • Help other departments such as Breakfast, Social, Housekeeping, Laundry, etc. Maintain hotel toilets, lobby, and other public spaces.
  • Excellent guest service involves welcoming them with a smile and helping them find local activities. The guest experience trumps new income sources.
  • Providing assistance to guests in an effective, polite, and professional manner at all times Uphold a very high standard of service and hospitality, Deal with concerns or problems raised by guests in a prompt and efficient way, and ensure that all of their needs are satisfied as quickly as possible.
  • Hotel conversations, reports, and data must be kept confidential at all times. Handle incoming and outgoing reservation requests and lost-and-found items according the General Manager’s instructions.


  • Required skills include knowledge of how to use the property management system technology. It is vital that you have the capacity to go through all of the shift reports and carry out the audit function whenever it is required and assigned.
  • The capacity to use a reasonably complex computer system to obtain and accurately input data. It is crucial to be able to hear and perceive warning signs of an oncoming disaster in order to remain safe.
  • Interact with internal and external customers with tolerance, tact, and diplomacy to temper anger, get proper information, and resolve difficulties.
  • Able to stand and walk about the front office and perform vital professional duties. Able to read, listen, and speak and write in English.
  • Needs a high school diploma or the equivalent, You need to know how to use computers, Experience at a hotel front desk for at least 3 years
