Job Description
We’re searching for a Web Designer to collaborate with our in-house web team on a wide range of tasks, from website design and development to answering support tickets. Web designers at our company conduct research on their clients’ businesses, publish and update content for their websites and website apps using preexisting templates, artwork, design standards, and content management systems, and maintain the visual presentation of that information.

Qualifications:
- Work together with the other team members to create engaging digital experiences.
- Provide support requests and website changes for clients, including troubleshooting issues and coming up with solutions that align with the clients’ goals.
- You should develop, launch, optimize, and maintain responsive websites for projects of any scale.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments on project and support style and strategy.
- Assure high QC standards are met and that all design components, templates, and final products are compatible with a wide range of browsers, devices, and screen settings.
- Determine appropriate site architecture and other technical solutions, and offer pertinent client recommendations.
- Offer thought leadership on cutting-edge digital trends and web design best practices.
- teach departmental staff and clients how to use approved systems.
- Help your clients make wise choices that will benefit the overall online experience of their visitors.
- Participate in efforts to improve quality of websites and other electronic publications as required.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design and wire-framing tools.
- A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, is necessary.
- Knowledge of CMS platforms like Joomla and WordPress, as well as site design experience, are also advantageous.
- Ability to read and write web services for data import and export.
