Qualifications:
- Producing original consumer promotion and shopper marketing collateral for use in agency, client, and new-business efforts.
- It’s important to stick to the campaign’s specifications if you want to produce work that reflects well on your brand and generates positive outcomes.
- Design solutions that encourage audience participation and set the conceptual and stylistic tone for a wide range of projects and campaigns.
- Keep the project’s creative standards and guidelines in check, making sure they are in line with the client, the brand, the retailer, and the broader business goals, and that they are maintained consistently throughout the entire campaign.
- Meet or beat business goals on revenue, customer retention and customer acquisition goals.
- Participate in project kickoff meetings with internal clients, oversee project tasks, and offer suggestions for addressing company needs.
- Manage a team of designers and copywriters to produce marketing collateral that increases sales and strengthens the brand.
- Additionally, the capacity to work with a range of product specifications and working knowledge of promotional media suppliers.
- Manage creative teams and projects from conception to flawless completion in collaboration with the Strategy, Campaigns, and Project Management departments.
- Create original content for use in email, websites, online displays, and any other marketing mediums.

- A BFA in graphic design, advertising, or a closely related field is required, or an equivalent degree in visual design.
- Ability to interact and communicate effectively with coworkers and subordinates.
