Prepare forensic accounting calculations and reports of financial data relevant to various areas of insurance claims, such as Business Income Loss, Extra Expense, Stock/Inventory Loss, and so on.

Qualifications:

• Flexibility is important, as is the ability to travel as needed.
• Before delivering claim evaluations and reports to the carrier, double-check for accuracy.
• The salary for this position is based on your years of experience.
• Communicates with the insured or claims adjuster as needed.
• Exceptional GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) knowledge (GAAP).
• A minimum of three years of experience as a forensic accountant, a certified public accountant, or in a similar profession is required.
• Having a CPA or CFE license is preferred.
• A master’s degree in accounting is greatly recommended.
• Two administrative tasks that must be managed are time management and bill preparation.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or economics.

• Communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential.
• Expertise in investigation and analysis.
• It’s incredible how effectively you manage tasks.
• Working through challenges, troubleshooting problems, and making well-informed judgments are all essential skills.
• Microsoft Office and computer savvy.
