Qualifications:
- Plans and implements agency-wide rules and controls for the acquisition, allocation, distribution, obligation and expenditure of funds within approved budgets, and provides guidance on these policies and controls
- Communication and collaboration with many levels of management and users are required in order to get support for and buy-in for systems/solution integration initiatives and process reengineering operations.
- PCMI, Western Growers Assurance Trust (WGAT), as well as individual account transactions, were manually verified in the HealthCare Processing System’s group ledger (COBRA).
- Payroll deductions and inactive payment reports from the billing administrator may be used to ensure that vendors are paid on time. Monthly summaries and reports on payroll deductions (using pivot tables and spreadsheets), benefit plans and invoices, and applies controls to confirm correctness; handle vendor payments as appropriate. Analyzes on the fly as necessary.
- Business, compliance, and information technology teams should collaborate to offer effective support for forward-looking financial and compliance initiatives, including solutions and procedures that allow growth while increasing efficiency.
- Financial Improvement Audit Readiness (FIAR) Program management and acts as the recognized authority in the analysis and counselling of financial programs and issues.
- At work, you’re a project manager. You keep an eye on what’s going on with projects, as well as make sure everything is going well with your work and the finished product.
- In order to achieve buy-in for system/solution integration and process reengineering activities, communicate with all levels of management and users.
- Assistance with monthly administrative activities, such as fee calculations and spreadsheets for rolling monthly reporting, will be provided by the Associate Analyst.

Skills:
- Accounting, Finance, or a closely related area bachelor’s degree from an authorized institution may serve as a replacement for the requisite work experience.
- Knowing the policies, ideas, concepts, advice, processes, methods, and methodologies that apply to budget preparation and financial management is required.
- In this job, you need to be able to use end-user office software like calendaring, word processing, spreadsheets, and email, as well as a proprietary Health Care system.
