Qualifications:
- Ability to establish accounting and financial systems and structures, as well as instill a Continuous Improvement culture inside the company.
- Provide financial advice and recommendations for the company’s future strategies.
- Management should be given with financial reports and financial data, as well as recommendations for future actions.
- Communicate with various departments, discussing business strategy and making decisions about the future.
- Anticipate bottlenecks, keep escalation under control, anticipate and make trade-offs, and strike a balance between business needs and technology and procedural constraints.
- Assist operational divisions with technical accounting difficulties, ensuring that all technical issues are addressed, corrected, and recorded properly and quickly in line with GAAP and SEC laws and regulations. Members of the global finance team should be trained, mentored, and developed in their understanding and implementation of these issues.
- Assist in the preparation of withholding tax, value-added tax, income tax, and other tax returns, as well as related paperwork and schedules, in accordance with government regulations.
- Ensure the company’s finances are well-managed in collaboration with auditors.
- Costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales outcomes, and the company’s actual performance against the business plans are all things to consider.
- Develop a measurement technique and key performance indicators (KPIs) for major events and activities.
Skills:
- Capacity to lead and develop the skills and competencies of finance teams.
- The ideal applicant will have a strong sense of leadership and a strong drive to learn and improve his abilities.
- A bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, or business administration is required, as well as a degree with a significant quantitative component (MBA preferred).
- Knowledge of web-based collaboration software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as coaching and counselling talents, are also required.
