Job Description
Assist other internal team members in implementing and measuring national sponsored social media efforts. For the organization’s objectives, this job will help in the creation and implementation of sponsored social media campaigns, focusing on possibilities to enhance KPIs and goals.

Qualifications:
- Update management and users on project progress, timing, and issues to achieve buy-in for systems/solution integration and process reengineering activities.
- Make monthly fee estimates and 12-month rolling data files for the Associate Analyst.
- In this position, you monitor the progress of projects and do quality assurance checks on your own work and the final result to ensure that everything is up to standard.
- Pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns should interact with the digital analytics team to create reporting, analysis, and optimization suggestions.
- With respect to financial programs and issues, the incumbent will be the recognized authority in the analysis and direction of those programs and issues. This will include the planning, scheduling, and implementation of major projects involving the analysis, evaluation, and development of financial programmes, in addition to support for the operation of the Financial Improvement Audit Readiness (FIAR) Program.
- Involvement in the preparation and processing of a variety of transactional accounting forms and reports such as journal entries, expenditure reclassification, and cash receipts
- Checks the payroll deduction database on a regular basis and leverages inactive payment reports supplied by the billing administrator help ensure correct vendor payment. Monthly summaries of payroll deductions, benefit programs, and bills are conducted with controls in place to assure accuracy. Payments to vendors are handled correctly. Ad-hoc analysis is performed when needed.
- Individual accounts, PCMI, Western Growers Assurance Trust (WGAT), and other entities must be processed and verified for any required repairs on manual adjustments sent to the group ledger on the HealthCare Processing System (COBRA).
- Effectively creates, executes, and advises on agency-wide policies and controls for the proper procurement, allocation, distribution, obligation, and spending of monies in authorized budgets
- Proactively communicate with various levels of management and users to acquire support for system/solution integration and process reengineering activities.
Skills:
- Very good project management abilities, as shown by previous work on difficult projects involving worldwide project teams.
- Having a working knowledge of budgeting and financial management ideas and strategies.
- Work with a healthcare system that is not yet on the market as well as end-user office applications like calendaring and word processing.
- Ability to plan and organize work assignments; to teach, motivate, and assist subordinate colleagues in the use of automated data processing principles and system capabilities; to effectively complete tasks.
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a closely related discipline from an approved institution or university may be used to replace the requisite experience.
