A Product Specialist supports our clients’ Time Management products with world-class knowledge. With your expertise in time and attendance, payroll, pay rules, interfaces, leave management, shift patterns, and scheduling, you help us provide a holistic solution to our customers.

Qualifications:
- Aids in getting a comprehensive grasp of the product market, rivals, consumer demands, distribution techniques, and services offered by the company.
- Provide great quality assistance to internal and external clients, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and technical competence in your area of specialty.
- Support the go-to-market strategy for widespread solution adoption, and condense massive volumes of information into brief product documentation that can be utilized both internally and externally by the organization.
- Travel to client locations as needed to perform repairs, assist/direct customers with repairs, or start-up of products to guarantee correct and efficient technical repair and/or technical support of the company’s products.
- Planning, writing, editing, and processing of chapters and changes to the Comprehensive Plan as well as other tasks related to the design and maintenance of this plan.
- Leads initiatives relating to manufacturer backorders, discontinuance, replacement and product transitions. Assists the Operations team by coordinating and communicating the project’s strategy.
- We evaluate our product list monthly. Content from all KOBs is repetitive, out-of-date, and low-value.
- Ownership of issues from first customer contact through call resolution, which includes assisting with appropriate escalations and giving customer updates.
- a member of a multidisciplinary team working on the launch of a new product. In addition to managing SKU and pricing, assessing ROI models, and developing marketing materials and webinars, you may also be asked to make periodic client presentations.
- Participate in the development and prioritization of the advertising solutions product road map as the voice of the client.

- In addition to previous experience working in online advertising, candidates should have knowledge of advertising goods and ad serving technology.
