Diagnostic radiographic, scan, mammography, bone density, ultrasound or special procedures are carried out by the Radiologist in accordance with departmental guidelines by the radiologist in question. Serves as the initial point of contact for consumers and is adept at meeting their imaging requirements. Radiology workers are supervised by the Radiologist while the Radiologist is absent. Preserves office resources. Encourages cohesion and a focus on the needs of the consumer. To help with yearly assessments and disciplinary measures for staff members. Ensures that supplies and equipment for designated sub-departments are available and maintained.

Qualifications:
- ensuring that all images taken and transferred to the radiologist are documented in order to ensure that all results are conveyed to both the patient and the physician Radiology images are arranged according to protocol.
- Maintains strict adherence to the department’s exam standards, adapts patient treatments to the patient’s physical and cognitive abilities, and appropriately invoices for all exams performed.
- Accompanied by an assistant, patients are escorted from their exam rooms to the radiology department, where they are put on an x-ray table and trained on how to hold their breath and position their bodies for the best possible images to be obtained.
- In the creation and distribution of contrast media and/or medications, observe federal and state regulations. Observes the patient’s behavior. Adjusts processes as required.
- Percutaneous operations, including peripheral interventions, may be performed by those who have a high degree of expertise and ability. An external pacemaker and defibrillator must be operated by someone who is capable of recognizing cardiac arrhythmias and responding in accordance with established emergency procedures. In the case of a cardiac emergency, intervenes with the proper treatment.
- Diagnostic help involves doing organ or body scans and aiding with interventional therapy. Determines anatomical and technical patient requirements before preparing and putting.
- Medical and surgical operations are carried out in accordance with aseptic protocols, using suitable infection control measures, etc.
- Provides the necessary services to execute medical treatments safely and quickly. Maintains understanding of cardiac principles and clinical procedures, immobilizes patients as required, and follows radiation safety protocols.

Skills:
