Qualifications:
- Serve as a liaison between our compliance and legal, underwriting, and account management teams to bolster materials while ensuring standards are met.
- Understand your clients’ business objectives and advertising strategy, and look for ways to help them reach their goals through successful advertising.
- To support Product Delivery with state advertising filing requests, create and produce the relevant marketing documentation.
- Completes extensive marketing reviews including but not limited to – direct mail, websites, magazine advertising, text messages, and digital/social assets.
- Find companies who are expanding, relocating, or hiring to expand your client base and achieve your goals.
- Reach or surpass revenue targets for corporate initiatives, new business ventures, and digital ventures, as well as current and existing businesses. Develop a plan to help the goals be accomplished.
- Communicate successes and make constructive suggestions to stakeholders through scheduled meetings.
- assist with streamlining processes and looking for new ways to optimize our business.
- Research and develop marketing strategies, including overall branding and creative, and make sure that campaign execution meets client expectations.
- Providing advice from an association/affinity perspective on various strategic projects.
Skills:
- Expertise in managing multiple tasks at once and finishing them all on schedule requires a keen eye for detail and exceptional time management skills.
- A college diploma plus equivalent job experience in marketing, compliance, or a similar profession is required.
- You have a minimum of three years’ experience working in marketing or compliance for the banking industry.
- a self-starter who makes the effort to find needs, then creates proposals and solutions that can be put into practice. a capacity for self-direction and operation with little guidance.
- capable of using the Microsoft Office package. Excel and Word proficiency at the intermediate level.
