The Executive Producer will work with a wide range of industries, clients, and accounts to organize, coordinate, and oversee the production of Corporate and Live Events, as well as offer on-site supervision at event venues. The Executive Producer’s ability to implement our tenets—”Event to Community,” “Message to a Movement,” and “Space to a Place”—will be driven by creativity and strategy.

Qualifications:
- Leads the training and mentoring of new producers, as well as providing ongoing support for their professional growth and development.
- In charge of hiring and onboarding any required independent producers.
- Provides answers and assistance to inquiries from client engagement teams. Will be available in the Integrated Production work queue and sent to local production when necessary.
- Work closely with designated alignment teams to establish annual scopes for clients that captures both the volume and projected budgets for production.
- collaborates with the creative team and producers to meet business objectives.
- manages the production schedules of all producers serving the regional market.
- The primary job of an EP producer is to crank out songs whenever they’re needed.
- Collaborate with the digital desk to determine what material will work best on each platform and then distribute that content.
- Regularly evaluate newscasts with the staff and individual producers.
- Takes part in and bolsters new company efforts by handling scheduling and production needs.

- Individuals must be able to think on their feet, take charge, and get things done without constant supervision.
- You need strong interpersonal skills to be an effective team leader and team member.
- Superior public speaking skills are essential for closing new business deals, selling clients on program suggestions, and gaining their confidence as customers.
- Ability to prioritize and multitask in a high-pressure environment is a must.
