- manages employees and their activities, such as scheduling, tracking time, and assessing performance.
- As a member of the firm’s administrative operations team, you’ll be a part of initiatives and projects designed to enhance how we serve our internal and external customers.
- To keep an office running well, one must develop and implement procedures, manage communications, organize files, review and approve requests for office supplies, delegate and oversee clerical work, and much more.
- Manage the upkeep of the building, liaise between the management company and the tenants, and coordinate between the building’s staff and the relevant internal contacts.
- Responds to public questions about the branch’s policies, programs, and procedures; on occasion, this duty requires advocating a course of action to management in particular areas.
- Types letters and reports, handles paperwork, answers question, provides direction, and schedules appointments are just some of the sophisticated clerical activities you’ll be responsible for.
- Manage the day-to-day activities of the office, including the secretarial, administrative, and clerical staff, as well as any other outside vendors used (mail, document reproduction and hospitality)
- Organize and carry out regular office events and functions, such as employee celebrations, client appreciation days, and charity drives.
- Carries out a wide range of administrative, clerical, record-keeping, accounting, file-reviewing, and support tasks.
- Working well in a fast-paced, detail-oriented setting necessitates the capacity to juggle multiple tasks at once.
- Possessing the poise and skill to juggle competing objectives and tight deadlines without sacrificing productivity or quality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and a quick study when it comes to learning new software

- A minimum of seven years’ experience in management at a professional services firm of medium or larger size, in addition to a bachelor’s degree.
