  • Performs research, gathers data, and writes reports for management.
  • Capacity to handle multiple responsibilities and set priorities while still meeting deadlines and achieving long-term goals.
  • performs some administrative duties, such as invoicing, expense reporting, and the procurement of office supplies.
  • Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel are used to create reports, memos, letters, and presentations.
  • Prepare your trips and daily schedules in advance with exceptional organization and planning.
  • Help with board meeting setup, such as arranging furniture and preparing materials for displays.
  • You’ll need to get your staff and external business partners up to speed on company documents, so you can do that.
  • manages the CEO’s schedule, including setting up meetings, settling conflicts amongst staff members, prioritizing activities, and notifying the appropriate parties of last-minute changes or requests.
