Qualifications:
- Maintain a close eye on the number of employees needed, as well as the efficiency of operations and the output of employees in order to spot potential areas for process improvement.
- In addition to helping with event scheduling, keep track of any necessary plans, papers, documentation, and progress reports.

- Plan, start, and complete clerical, secretarial, and administrative office tasks in the capacity of a personal assistant. Predicts and prepares for the Deputy Superintendent and Superintendent Office’s operating requirements.
- Help the SVP with administrative tasks, such as composing and editing emails, producing memos and other communications, and arranging meeting agendas and other communications.
- It is important to participate in conferences and take notes, or to be notified of meetings as soon as they occur so that the Deputy Superintendent and the Superintendent Office are aware of any changes that have occurred.
- Obtain a variety of strategic, programmatic, and tactical contributions in order to establish and sustain company-wide tools and activities that support the organization’s overall goals.
- Communicates with various municipal departments and officials on behalf of the Director through phone, which may demand a high level of sensitivity and judgment in responding to a range of issues.
- Accomplish a wide range of administrative duties for the associate/assistant vice presidents and directors as well as their respective staff members. Coordinating and managing the activities of executive assistants, such as calendar management and support, committee and event management and support for meetings, travel coordination and management, and communication with key stakeholders, will depend on the needs and priorities of the organization.
- Ensure that all business divisions within the corporation are working together in harmony, cohesion, and communication by collaborating naturally.
Skills:
