- Performs research, gathers data, and writes reports for management.
- Assemble company documentation for distribution to employees and external stakeholders.

- Participate in board meetings and help with setup, which includes setting up workstations and presentations.
- Manage the executive team’s day-to-day communications, including as phone calls, emails, and meetings with clients.
- With trip plans and daily calendars, be very organized and one step ahead.
- Filing expenditure reports and invoices, as well as stocking the office with supplies, are examples of more specific administrative tasks.
- Conference guests of senior executives are greeted and shown to the appropriate meeting rooms.
