Qualifications:
- Meet regularly with key stakeholders and use the time to share best practices while also actively proposing new, creative solutions.
- carries out thorough marketing analyses of a variety of channels, including but not limited to direct mail, websites, magazine advertising, texts, and digital/social assets.
- Conduct research, build marketing solutions, and include overall branding and creative to ensure the campaign execution meets client objectives.
- Facilitate communication between our compliance and legal, underwriting, and account management teams to proactively strengthen materials and ensure compliance with rules.
- Make sure that Product Delivery has all the marketing materials they need to comply with state advertising filing requests.
- Provide advice on various strategic initiatives from an Association/Affinity point of view.
- Find businesses that are growing, relocating, or recruiting in order to expand your client base and achieve your objectives.
- Recognize the clients’ advertising strategy and company goals, and look for ways to assist them in achieving their goals through efficient advertising.
- Think of a plan to ensure that corporate initiatives, new businesses, and digital enterprises not only succeed but also surpass their income goals.
- Always keep an eye out for ways to make our processes more efficient, and do everything you can to implement such changes.
Skills:
- education from an accredited university and at least two years of professional experience in marketing, compliance, or a related sector.
- Preferred: three or more years of relevant experience in marketing or compliance within the financial services sector.
- competent in the use of the Microsoft Office suite. Ability to work at an intermediate level in both Excel and Word.
- Possessing a keen eye for detail and good project management skills, including the ability to handle multiple tasks at once while remaining calm under pressure.
- A self-starter who takes initiative to identify needs and develop actionable solutions and suggestions. Ability to operate with limited supervision and direction.
