It is the job of the Escrow Assistant to help the Escrow Officer in delivering the highest level of service while optimizing profitability while adhering to all company rules and regulations.

  • As part of the closing process, you must deal with any outstanding concerns. This includes trust documents and contract wraps that cover all aspects of the transaction. Since this escrow is more demanding in terms of knowledge and responsibility, it is more difficult to do.

  • To assist the escrow officer with data entry, balancing with the lender, processing disbursements and transfers of payments, producing paperwork, executing transactions, advising clients, and managing money.
  • After obtaining a survey, contacting the lender and acquiring hazard insurance, inputting basic order information into an automated system, gathering HOA information, and establishing closing dates, you are ready to move in.
  • All of these challenges must be addressed simultaneously by management in order to safeguard the property.
  • Implements a unit or branch business development strategy, which involves prospecting and driving to meet clients, in order to maintain and acquire new consumers.
