Qualifications:
- Control how the company gathers, stores, and distributes data and information. Maps, graphs, and tables may be used to assist in the understanding of market research data.
- Establish procedures for data collection and compilation into monthly, quarterly, and yearly reports. Create baselines and track trends to aid in the development of recommendations.
- It is critical that you communicate results to executives in a way that helps them make better-informed judgments regarding their company strategy as well as their product and market launch plans.
- The use of data mining techniques may be used to obtain, verify, and disseminate valuable insights about markets (target consumers), competitors, and other issues.
- Conducts research and analysis on competition, price, sales, marketing, economic circumstances, advertising, distribution, and other things that may affect future sales.
- Check to see whether there is a need for your marketing information by your firm. Projects that assist the organization achieve its objectives, make things simpler for consumers, and make things quicker for staff should be designed and implemented..
- Make sure that our internal clients can reach their research goals by working closely with the Market Research team to come up with research goals, plan methodologies, and write survey questionnaires for them.
- To provide management with information on emerging trends and prospective areas for improvement by producing and maintaining reports (data analysis and narrative). Compile and analyze information, write reports, and provide suggestions
- The information is presented in a way that motivates others to take action.
- Routinely pull data, in varied formats, from a wide range of platforms and databases for direct consumption by processes, reports and analytical tools. Perform research online and using corporate market software subscriptions
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of primary and secondary market research methodology, strategies, tools, and processes, as well as practical knowledge of complex statistical software, such as SPSS or SAS.
- Dedicated to the study of the facts. Being able to interact with data from several platforms and sources is an absolute need. Providing a comfortable environment for in-depth investigation.
- Be able to identify and characterize issues, comprehend business and system processes, gather data and evidence and form accurate conclusions.
- Formula development, linking of spreadsheets, pivot tables, data visualization, and formatting in Excel are all essential skills.
- Experience with a variety of reporting tools, including Tableau, is required in order to integrate, display, and analyze data that may be leveraged to increase revenue.
