The identity product team is looking for an Associate Product Manager to join our team and assist us better understand our customers and the company as a whole. Qualifications:

  • Consumers’ expectations are critical success aspects and demands through connection with customers for incorporation into programs.

  • Provide a baseline awareness of competitive activity by summarizing significant results and trends from competitive research using statistics and data whenever available.
  • In charge of planning and implementing a product strategy that includes product specifications, price and launch logistics. Tactics development, implementation and evaluation, as well as good communication with internal and external partners and agencies, are only some of the responsibilities.
  • If a company’s goods, sales, and marketing, as well as financial planning and coordination, are to be successful, they all need coordination.
  • Customers and product teams must closely collaborate to identify and record customer demands (engineering, customer success, operations, etc.
  • Gather requirements for the digital products we create for clients, validating and documenting them as storyboards for engineers to follow as they build new development items.
  • User testing is an essential part of determining whether or not a release or release candidate fulfills the functional requirements of the product.
  • Responsibilities include: product planning, pricing, inventory control, and launching new products. Businesses in the United States and throughout the world rely on their services.
  • Work with technology teams to give meaningful value to customers, including product documentation, development coordination, client consultation, successful release delivery, and measurement.

Skills:

  • Fundamental knowledge of product management (e.g., reviewing income statement, cost analysis, SKU optimization, supporting data requirements for sales team)
  • Comes to conducting research and competitor analysis to reflect fan demands and corporate objectives, then translates those wants and goals into product suggestions.
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering or the sciences, and a minimum of four years’ experience in a problem-solving or analytical function.
  • Reviewing KPIs and ensuring the product meets or exceeds its specified objectives examines the product’s strengths and shortcomings for improvement
