We’re searching for an experienced accounts payable clerk who will be in charge of processing all invoices for payment and ensuring that all creditors are paid accurately, efficiently, and on time.

Qualifications:

• Create checks and send them to the accounts payable department.
• Other clerical responsibilities, such as filing, copying, collating, and entering data for the accounting department, are involved.
• The General Accounting Manager also has other responsibilities.
• The number of years you’ve worked in this role will decide your income.
• Support Payment Processing and Coding Accounts are required.
• It’s preferable for the employees to have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• A functional personal vehicle is essential, as well as a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and the appropriate insurance coverage required by company policy.
• The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to plan and manage a wide range of operations with accuracy and adherence to deadlines while working under minimal supervision.
• Arranges, classifies, tests, and maintains Accounts Payable Invoices electronic files.
• Credit card receipts and payments should be taken into account to be checked out
