Job Description
To join our team, we’re seeking for an IT Program Manager. The chosen candidate will be responsible for program management and lifecycle support for enterprise service delivery and solutions, including problem resolution and solutions management, starting with the initial customer touchpoint for service and ending with the successful resolution of IT Incidents and Work Orders, including analysis, statuses, and reporting. Develop the ability to provide world-class IT customer support. The program’s scope encompasses an end-to-end solution for customer-facing desktop assistance, active directory, windows/system administration, local network management application support, software delivery services, and IT Equipment Accountability. The contract award will determine whether or not this post will be filled.

Qualifications:
- Hire additional project managers and other personnel as required to balance supply and demand across the portfolio’s existing and upcoming projects.
- Leading personnel responsible for creating, designing, and optimizing IT and systems tasks that support business operations and IT platforms.
- Do things outside of work to keep up with industry changes. To stay up to date on what’s going on at these institutions, connect with project managers in the legal and other fields to stay on top of things.
- Plan and arrange activities like as computer network development, hardware and software updates, and Internet and intranet site implementation.
- Develop, implement, and analyze metrics, internal process improvement, operating procedures, and work instructions as tools for assessing the quality and efficiency of teamwork.
- Develop and deliver appropriate budget, risk, schedule, and other important factor communication to stakeholders and management.
- Client relationship management, project and program management, vendor management, proposal generation and review, and (if appropriate) cost modelling are all examples of delivery excellence employing a client project execution framework and industry best practices.
- Identify and address operational issues in coordination with the IT team, partners, and suppliers on a regular basis by collaborating closely with them and working closely with them
- In order to ensure that everything is completed on time, it is necessary to ensure that client tasking instructions are clear and concise, that contractors are competent to do their duties, and that there are no possible personnel concerns.
- Create and implement efficient processes and procedures so that the team can respond quickly to spikes in contract employee demand. Examine the SLA requirements to check if they’ve been met.
Skills:
- It is necessary to have 12 years of progressive leadership experience in the public and/or private sectors in the areas of information technology and/or consultancy.
- A Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or a comparable recognized Project or Program Management qualification is required.
- IT-II security clearance is required, or a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check is required (NACLC).
- It is necessary to have prior experience leading strategic software development programs/projects, preferably for mobile networking products or cloud-native/SaaS solutions.
- Economic and accounting concepts and procedures, as well as the financial market, are all crucial.
