Job Description
The Multimedia Designer will report directly to the Senior Director housed in the Bureau of Planning, Program Integration, and Evaluation, but will work out of the Office of Strategic Communications and Stakeholder Engagement. Always act in a professional manner, keeping a good disposition and being open to constructive criticism. In this role, you’ll be using Mac OS, Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, and Acrobat), Microsoft Word, SharePoint, and PowerPoint to complete a wide range of graphic/digital user experience designs. Web graphics, system graphics, digital and online publications, annual reports, print brochures, postcards, flyers, signs, and interactive advertisements are all examples of common undertakings. Capability to produce designs that are both visually striking and effective in conveying their intended message with a firm grasp of typography and design principles.

Qualifications:
- In charge of the entire marketing communication production process.
- Recognize the principles and requirements for the project; participate and, as needed, ask questions to deepen your comprehension.
- Use KeyShot or another 3D modeling program to add and animate products in 2D and 3D scenes.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop marketing communications materials (such as brochures, flyers, advertisements, banner ads, product packaging, instruction manuals, presentations, email and social media campaigns, website product pages, landing pages, and trade show materials) that accurately represent the KwikBoost brand.
- Collaborate with the sales and production teams to create print files for daily orders of unique graphics; keep production moving quickly without sacrificing quality or accuracy, and meet or beat all production deadlines.
- Produce multimedia design work comprising logos, banners, social media campaigns, advertising campaigns, brand systems, edited short- and long-form movies, illustrations, and animated visuals/graphics.
- Refine and create final design options based on your own evaluation and feedback from others.
- Maintain communication on the project’s progress and ensure it is completed on time, within budget, and meets the organization’s requirements.
- Make use of many methods to generate rough sketches, models, and prototypes of your ideas.
- Find and implement novel methods of conveying information that improve precision, streamline template utilization, or enhance readability without sacrificing style.
Skills:
- Advanced aesthetic sense and graphic design skills; proficiency in photography and cinematography is a plus.
- Working effectively in a team when individuals have widely diverse levels of technical expertise requires superior interpersonal and corporate communication skills.
- strong multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines that are frequently strict.

- You need to be up-to-date with Adobe’s design software (Premiere/Affect Effects, Photoshop/Illustrator, and Creative Cloud) to get this job done.
