This role is in charge of boosting lead creation. Creating and executing a thorough E-Commerce growth strategy plan will provide additional revenue and profit returns. This requires an E-Commerce Manager to be familiar with contemporary industrial E-Commerce market needs, such as technology-based market research, consumer voice and preferences identification, and competitive analysis. Product Management, Marketing, Communications, Sales, Engineering and Operations teams work closely together.

- Project management includes clearly defining the scope and objectives of the project, meeting deadlines, managing time, contingency planning, budgeting, organization and vendor capabilities, and tracking/monitoring procedures.
- Manage the creation of new features with the help of internal and external departments (Creativity/SEO/Marketing/Development).
- Providing analysis and reporting on metrics such as weekly/monthly sales by department, new product sell-through and offer code performance
- Keep your online store’s daily operations running smoothly by overseeing everything from software integrations to vendor/retailer interactions
- Proactively seeks out innovation and current best practices in e-commerce, data security, site hosting, and digital and direct marketing operations.
- Creating innovative approaches to increase sales in our online store by integrating sales expertise, industry standards, and technological innovations.
- New web development and platform maintenance are part of the E-Commerce annual planning and budgeting.
- Priority number one is to keep the product catalog up-to-date and accurate (copy, photography, category & navigation, metadata, content optimization, MAP policy).
- Marketing duties must be accomplished on time and within cost constraints.
- Develop, maintain, and host all e-commerce websites. Manages external web development businesses and company IT resources.
- Extensive knowledge in e-commerce order fulfillment, distribution, and shipping, as well as fraud detection and loss prevention, as well as integration with payment gateways
- analytical abilities honed via use of technologies like Adobe Analytics and Google Analytics
- The applicant should have a strong sense of leadership and a persistent drive to learn and improve his abilities.
- years of online selling experience and / or in an auction environment that involved the sales of collectible items is preferred.
