Qualifications:
- Assesses educational programs’ efficacy by developing assessment components that monitor results and guarantee alignment with company goals.
- Work involves gathering, organizing, and presenting knowledge in a way that is easy to understand and engaging for the learner.
- Adult learning theory should influence the creation of e-learning courses, instructional materials, and other electronic educational content.
- Educate faculty and staff on how to design and deliver online courses that are both fascinating and engaging.
- Align with existing project and management procedures, instructional design standards and processes, and company brand style and standards, including any applicable compliance needs.
- Give tips on how to increase the educational value of course materials and the efficiency of departmental operations by monitoring technological and commercial advances in the field.
- Coordinate and produce high-quality work on various projects in a fast-paced, uncertain environment.
- Resources that may be used to assist training include a wide range of e-learning and assessment tools including quizzes and presentations, along with instructor manuals, videos, and audio recordings.
- Collaborate with partners to assess global and regional learning requirements, define instructional objectives, and produce appealing course material to meet educational goals.
- Performs needs/audience analysis and develops performance objectives, learning plans, and instructional techniques in collaboration with instructional designers to create high-quality, engaging solutions that align with the organization’s corporate goals and strategic imperatives.

- Use of multimedia components in instructional design and production of technology-based instructional content for a broad range of academic areas.
- Organizational skills and the ability to influence others in their sub-team and broader program team are essential, as is a laser focus on achieving the desired results.
- Active listening while using a keyboard/mouse/telephone/headset to enter data is a necessary skill for this position.
- Strategic planning, resource allocation, human resource modeling, and leadership approach all need a basic understanding of business and management ideas.
