Job Description
It is the responsibility of the E-Commerce Manager to establish and implement the Company’s electronic commerce strategy, manage the Company’s integrated platforms, and increase the Company’s digital footprint in accordance with the strategic objectives of the Company’s Industrial Aftermarket It is the responsibility of this role to maximize the number of leads and to optimize the methods used to generate them. Create and execute an extensive E-Commerce development strategy plan through which successful applicants will be able to earn more income and profits. In order to do this, a successful E-Commerce Manager will be well-versed in contemporary industrial E-Commerce market needs, including but not limited to performing technology-based market research, discovering consumer voice and preferences and competitive analysis. As part of the Product Management team, you’ll work closely with others from the Marketing and Sales departments as well as from the Engineering and Operations divisions.

Qualifications:
- New web development and platform maintenance are also part of the job description for this role.
- Marketing initiatives are given to this individual and he or she is responsible for ensuring that they are completed on time and within budget.
- Manages the development of new e-commerce websites, as well as their maintenance, hosting, and security features such as a web application firewall. Responsible for supervising and organizing the work of third-party web design and development businesses.
- Management of a project comprises defining the project’s scope and goals, establishing deadlines, managing time, preparing for possible contingencies, budgeting, coordinating with vendors, and tracking/monitoring progress.
- Maintain product catalog correctness and take responsibility for it (copy, photography, category & navigation, metadata, content optimization, MAP policy).
- Conducting analysis and reporting on key performance indicators such as weekly/monthly departmental sales, new product sell-through, and offer code performance.
- Establish and manage links between merchants and retailers, as well as software integrations, to guarantee that an online retail platform’s daily operations run smoothly.
- Creating methods that use sales-related knowledge, current standards, and unique advancements to increase sales in our online shop.
- Perform user acceptability testing and deploy new features in tandem with multiple departments (Creative, SEO and Marketing) inside and beyond the organization.
- Overseeing all areas of online sales, data security, site hosting, and digital and direct marketing are among this person’s key tasks.
Skills:
- In order to be considered for this position, you must have a bachelor’s degree in marketing or a closely connected field.
- The applicant must possess a strong sense of leadership as well as a strong desire to learn and enhance his skills.
- Expertise in data analysis, including knowledge of popular analytics software, is necessary.
- It’s excellent if you’ve worked in an auction environment selling collectibles and/or have 2 years of internet selling experience.
- Online order fulfillment, distribution/shipping, fraud detection/loss prevention, and payment gateway integration.
