Qualifications:
- Ensure your dishes, glasses, tableware, and other kitchen goods are thoroughly clean before throwing them in the washing machine.
- Clean dishes should be kept separate and stacked. Dishes are cleaned and transported to the cook’s line and other approved storage facilities.
- Traditions, spirits, missions, visions, and basic values are all represented and explained.
- By phone, written correspondence, e-mail, or in person, providing information to superiors, coworkers, and subordinates.
- The dishwasher’s water should be changed every hour or so.
- Maintain contact with guests to verify that they are happy with the food and service, as well as to handle any issues that may emerge.
- Clean up the area around the restaurant’s outside as well as the rubbish dumpster.
- Prior to distribution, the dishes are rewashed.
- When the temperature in the dish machine wash or rinse cycle drops below the safe limit, the administrator must be alerted.
- Examine work practices and operational issues to see if there are any methods to improve service, performance, or safety.
Skills:
- Ability to communicate (oral and written).
- A high school diploma or its equivalent is preferred.
- Professionalism and mature judgement are necessary in all situations.
- Reading and comprehension of written information and concepts.
- Understanding of the ideas and methods for providing guest and personal services, such as evaluating visitor needs, meeting service quality requirements, and analyzing guest satisfaction.
