In addition to overseeing the activities of the Supply Chain Planning Team and directing the Planners to achieve optimal operational efficiencies, this role’s primary objectives are to develop and lead the proper execution of planning strategies, as well as to develop and lead proper execution strategies. It is essential that this individual has exceptional information analysis abilities.

Qualifications:

  • work closely with your purchasing manager and the senior supply chain planning manager to ensure that you have enough inventory levels.
  • Manage warehouse operations, which include receiving raw supplies, delivering completed items, and arranging both in the warehouse space.
  • Ability to lead personnel in department operations including communicating instructions, training and accomplishing targets, rapid turnarounds for tasks needed by top management, progressive punishment, and performance review..
  • Directly oversees the company’s supply chain management operations as well as its overall strategic direction and tactical execution.
  • Proven ability to manage and prepare project team resources in coordination with other cross-functional departments via project integration, planning, communication, and documentation.
  • The internal effort for implementing and maintaining a reliable physical inventory system, which includes ERP transaction accuracy, physical inventory events, and cycle counting where applicable.
  • Streamline processes and increase accuracy and efficiency by identifying and implementing opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Maintenance of detailed records, preparation of reports, and creation of presentations to aid management in comprehending the logistical perspective
  • Proven ability to provide analysis and use judgment to evaluate choices. Concise communication with top executives to identify concerns and solutions with accompanying evidence is expected.
  • Customer service representatives should communicate with consumers about complaints, issues, and concerns. Customer concerns about product quality or manufacturing should be referred to the relevant management.

  • Business and management concepts applicable to strategic planning, resource allocation, human resource modeling, leadership approach, production methodologies, and people and resource coordination.
