  • Manage the creation of digital advertising campaigns (with a special emphasis on paid social) and direct the rollout of any associated engagement campaigns or other efforts that aim to forge lasting, mutually beneficial bonds with customers.
  • Don’t let your efforts to improve stagnate; instead, use techniques like A/B testing, consumer segmentation, team brainstorming, and landing page optimization to keep moving forward.
  • It is up to you to handle all interactions with customers in regards to digital media and related services.
  • Create new ideas and possibilities to ensure the success of client campaigns.
  • You need to actively test and analyze campaign delivery, traffic, and activity to acquire insights from analytics and recommendations for campaign enhancements.
  • Maintain a steady regimen of analysis and optimization of channel performance to guarantee that it meets or exceeds targets, and share your results with the rest of the acquisition team and the marketing leadership.
  • By ensuring that top-notch standards are met and promptly applied to client work, you may contribute to the team’s success.
  • Conversations with senior client executives should focus on coordinating the agency’s most vital resources to best serve the client and help them grow their business.
  • Lead end-to-end acquisition/performance campaign strategy, planning, launch, optimization & performance measurement across digital channels.
  • Maintaining Budgeting, Forecasting, and Reporting: Manage the annual budgeting process, as well as the monthly, weekly, and daily forecasting and reporting of traffic, revenue, spend, ROI, and other performance KPIs at the channel level.


  • Capable of leading in-person and telephone presentations to clients, with a focus on quarterly business evaluations.
  • Minimum of five years as a media professional – preferably working with or for an agency.
  • Ability to plan and strategize integrated campaigns with a sponsored social focus, utilizing a variety of methods.
  • Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint proficiency, as well as the ability to quickly learn and master new productivity tools.
  • experience selling services or products to existing and new customers.
