The Director of Finance is in charge of setting up the corporate-wide financial and administrative objectives, policies, programs, and practices that guarantee the company’s long-term financial stability. safeguards the integrity of money and other priceless documents and manages the flow of cash through the company. accountable for all internal controls, financial reporting, and financial systems. Oversees all operational accounting components, including accounts payable, general ledger, and financial reporting. plans, implements, and evaluates employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and procedures in order to manage the human resources department. In accordance with experience, salary range and benefits package will be discussed. answerable directly to the President for the accomplishment of all duties relating to financial management, administrative oversight, and human resources. Qualifications:
- Co-ordinates, reviews, and approves budget recommendations alongside the President; discusses and weighs in on recommended revisions and major adjustments.

Skills:
- Competence in planning, analysis, and both oral and written communication are essential.
- Excellent training in all facets of accounting, from A/R and P/L to the keeping of general ledgers to the management of inventory and credits.
- Possessing eight years or more of experience in financial management and accounting.
- familiarity with accounting practices such as budgeting, costing, and payroll processing, as well as setting up and analyzing financial results.
