We are looking for a competent Digital Director to assist us in creating world-class digital experiences that strategically match usability and emotional brand expression for our customers. The Digital Director will be in charge of overseeing and/or carrying out development on projects ranging from microsites and small upgrades to full websites with significant interactive elements. This client-facing, hands-on role is in charge of the entire quality of all digital and interactive projects, from scoping through constructing, deploying, and supporting them.

- Accelerate the development and delivery of new products using modern DevSecOps procedures to increase the daily economic value offered to end users.
- Make strategies for the creation of new or improved administrative tools for internal or external use.
- Assist with digital program project management, including organic and paid media programs; handle numerous digital projects and work streams, including project planning, execution, and milestone reporting.
- Ensure that the project is properly scoped, defined, and presented, and that regular status meetings are held to keep everyone updated on the project’s progress. Manage and/or execute development from beginning to end.
- Create short-form television and internet videos that will help us market our brand and increase website visitors.
- Online and mobile design and development, as well as managing and analyzing web traffic, are required skills for this position.
- Maintain a high level of understanding of industry concerns and trends, especially those involving accessibility, usability, and new technology.
- You are responsible for building, maintaining, and improving our digital marketing initiatives in compliance with our brand strategy. We’re talking about anything from Google Ads to Facebook ads to social media and our own website. The required consumer engagement objectives must be achieved across all of our digital platforms, and you must make sure they are.
- Pay-per-click and other metrics may be used to gauge the success of an ad campaign and identify new leads.
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with media buying agencies. Agency presented strategies should be evaluated and improved via the development of media briefs.
- Knowledge of how to run a variety of digital media testing, including but not limited to randomized control trials, A/B tests, platform brand lift studies, and other similar research, is preferred.
- An extensive background in digital marketing, including work on political campaigns or advocacy organizations, is required.
- Being able to work in a fast-paced environment while juggling many tasks at the same time, working quickly and efficiently, and meeting deadlines while being calm under pressure
- Strong technical aptitude, with the ability to rapidly comprehend and express technical topics and issues to a broad range of audiences in a digestible and entertaining way.
