Full-Time Director, Creative, Art Direction – Bhakkar
You will oversee the concept creation and execution of cutting-edge strategies and the related creative standards that establish or uphold brand equities for new and existing products across our various portfolios. By managing and mentoring a team of design professionals (graphic designers, industrial designers, photographers, illustrators, etc.), participating in multi-disciplinary cross-functional teams (strategists, marketers, copywriters, etc.), and frequently collaborating with external consultants, freelancers, and agency partners, this position supports and drives the department’s overall efforts and strategic vision. The Creative Director will confidently and modestly provide senior management with high priority initiatives. The creative director must be able to defend their work and articulate the design logic while remaining receptive to suggestions and different viewpoints. Your success in this profession depends on your capacity to express your vision succinctly, both orally and visually. Candidates for this position must exhibit comfort and a desire to work in dynamic environments, such as brainstorming sessions and collaborative workshops.

- Qualifications include a Master’s degree in design, advertising, or communications and six years of relevant work experience, including package design work, in which the candidate took on increasing levels of responsibility.
- Skilled in developing and defining design strategies, as well as perfecting designs at every stage of their lifecycle.
- competent at using the Apple Macintosh operating system, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Photoshop.
- Knowledge of design, production, and cost considerations typical to the packaging industry.
