Full-Time Digital Production Designer – Benguet Province
Job Description
We are looking to hire a Digital Producer immediately to create digital initiatives (microsites, mobile apps, and decision and training tools) that will lead to better results. To aid the efforts of the Center, the Digital Producer will carry out a wide range of visual design duties, with the end goal of developing first-rate user experiences across all digital mediums. The ability to work well in a collaborative setting, as well as strong design skills, attention to detail, and innovative problem solving, are essential for this role.

Qualifications:
- Keep the team updated on the project’s progress, budget, and deadline with regular status reports that highlight any potential problems and their potential resolutions.
- Mentor a wide range of agency Producers and Associate Producers in interactive and client-facing production.
- Set project objectives and produce products in accordance with the project’s requirements and the demands of the client and the contract (on budget and on time).
- Maintain and organize all content-related assets, both internal and external, to ensure optimal performance.
- Perform regular site maintenance and content management responsibilities using a content management system and a digital asset management platform.
- Oversee project budget and timelines as well as track and manage variances from project scope and schedule.
- Accurately define the scope of modest to large-scale digital projects and be able to articulate the project schedule.
- Take charge of digital content that is used by many people and profitable for the business.
- Work closely with the Artistic Director and the programmers to guarantee that the designs will be carried out to perfection.
- Design with a grasp of browser widths, device capabilities, and product usefulness in mind.

- Keep your project’s responses quick and flexible in order to succeed.
- Must be proactive and self-motivated with the ability to manage with limited supervision.
- Possess excellent communication skills, especially when dealing with non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree and at least three years’ experience as a digital producer, UI designer, graphic designer, or comparable role.
