Qualifications:
- Collaborate with technology teams to provide meaningful value to customers, which includes producing product documentation, organizing development activities, consulting with clients, delivering successful releases, and assessing outcomes.
- This individual acts as a role model for others, encouraging them to be their best selves, inspiring them, and assisting them in reaching their full potential.
- Summarize significant findings and patterns of competitive research, utilizing statistics and data wherever applicable, encapsulating practices into documentation that can be read by stakeholders unfamiliar with the industry to assist establish a baseline awareness of competitive activity
- As required, participate in user acceptability testing and do smoke testing to ensure that releases and release candidates satisfy functional requirements, recording any faults with reproducible procedures as soon as possible.
- Assist in the coordination of operations between R&D/product development, creative services, sales, marketing, planning, finance, and other functional areas of the organization by being a member of the central hub for the product category.
- for the provided sectors and product lines. Business lifecycles and operations in the US and overseas.
- Product specs, pricing, and launch logistics are all part of the portfolio/product strategy. Developing and executing a plan, evaluating performance indicators through business assessments, and successfully communicating with both internal and external stakeholders are just some of the tasks of this position.
- Customers and product teams need to work together closely to discover and document customer needs and possibilities (engineering, customer success, operations, etc.
- For our customers’ digital products, storyboards aid in the development and implementation of new features.
- Marketing strategy, corporate model, key success indicators, projecting sales and product demand, market performance and trends, competition, and customer essential success elements and needs via engagement with customers for program integration are all important success factors and requirements.
Skills:
- ensuring that the product’s KPIs are met; leverages data to enhance the product
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in engineering or the sciences, and at least four years of experience working in a capacity that requires analytical thinking and problem solving.
- The ability to be both critical and innovative, as well as a good planner, are just a few of the qualities required for this role.
- Having a fundamental understanding of product management at its core (e.g., reviewing income statement, cost analysis, SKU optimization, supporting data requirements for sales team)
- Recommends items based on a deep grasp of both the customer’s needs and the company’s commercial goals.
