Full-Time Digital Music Production Teacher – Dhamtari
Job Description
Need a music producer who is both talented and enthusiastic. The position will oversee the regular production flow and internal and external creative/production resources, including the intake of new projects, resource/capacity management, contracts, scheduling, and delivery.

Qualifications:
- Create and manage timetables, budgets, and estimations for project deliverables, keeping track of costs and progress in order to stay under the agreed spending limit.
- Staff management with the purpose of facilitating the execution of musical performances.
- When necessary, performers will have creative and production oversight.
- Meeting and getting to know managers, publicists, and label executives through events, meetings, and other networking opportunities is crucial for breaking into the music industry.
- Additionally, this person must be able to communicate ideas and designs and always follow rules and regulations.
- The role of music producer is one that requires extensive teamwork, requiring the producer to coordinate the efforts of individuals and organizations of varying sizes.
- Opportunity assessments and new music creation are two staples of this position.
- Work together on a budget with the music acts, the supervising producer, and the line producer.
- Gather sound effects, music, interviews, and TV broadcasts for the show.
- Set up and conduct all licensing and synchronization rights negotiations with record labels, music publishers, and other parties as necessary.
Skills:
- leadership experience, coaching prowess, and the ability to establish cohesive teams are all pluses.
- 8+ years of relevant music industry experience – booking/producing at a variety event (late night, midday, morning, or similar) or music label experience a plus
- the ability to handle competing demands and make important decisions under pressure.
- ability to suggest genuinely novel strategies for creating musical content for air and online.
- Willingness and ability to contribute to non-music related bookings, such as but not limited to celebrities, public figures, and athletes, and to interact with and collaborate with other teams on the program.
