We’re looking for a Marketing Strategist that can work full-time who is creative, forward-thinking, and well-organized. You will collaborate with the business development team to conceive, plan, write, and implement varied content to market our services, raise brand awareness, encourage thought leadership, and generate leads. You must have great writing and visual presentation skills, as well as the ability to provide consistent, useful content across all marketing channels (organic, social, paid), including landing pages, blogs, reports, infographics, and more. You should also be familiar with developing KPIs and setting precise objectives in order to track marketing effectiveness and make informed decisions. It’s preferable if you’ve worked on policy issues at the state and/or municipal levels.

- You should be in charge of the company’s content marketing strategy, which involves the development of themes and topics as well as the generation of content.
- Conduct content and competitor audits to come up with content optimization techniques including UX strategy, SEO, content tagging, and classification.
- Meet deadlines by collaborating with internal and external content authors, as well as subject matter experts, to ensure messaging is consistent, succinct, and visually appealing.
- Create and publish content on social networking networks such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Maintain a thorough grasp of branch operations in order to ensure that all rules and procedures are adhered to.
- To engage our target audience, we are researching, developing, and writing engaging data-based material pertinent to e-commerce, online payments, and fraud.
- Implement and track email performance testing tactics like as templates, subject lines, send timings, personalized content recommendations, audience segmentation, and more.
- Work with the audience development team to deliver frequent reporting updates and insights for stakeholders by monitoring email performance, KPIs, and targets (content, sales, and creative studio teams)
- To maintain a solid online presence, create a content calendar for the school’s website and social media sites, and distribute material across several channels.
- In order to create collaborations with online communities, identify important partner organizations, news sites, and policy groups that fit our strategy and brand.
- Proven ability to handle many accounts while paying close attention to details ability to successfully connect with clients and give technical help to resolve client difficulties.
- Analyze and communicate across departments to evaluate the quantifiable impact of strategic and content choices on performance metrics.
- Due to the short turnaround times and large volume of work, it is essential that you have past experience working under pressure and have shown a track record of success.
- Photoshop, InDesign, and Acrobat are just a few of the programs you should be acquainted with. You should also be familiar with the Canva website builder, the WordPress CMS, Microsoft Office, Grammarly, Google Workspace, and project management software.
- Coaching and counselling abilities, as well as outstanding oral and writing communication skills, are all desirable qualities.
